Shop terms and refunds

These terms cover buying digital products from Mise, the shop of Epicurean Digital Consultants Ltd (company no. 16622200, 30 Durham Road, Wimbledon West, London SW20 0TW; hello@epicureandigitalconsultants.com). They sit alongside our website terms and privacy policy.

What you’re buying

Every Mise product is digital content: files you download, such as PDFs, spreadsheets, templates and browser-based calculators. Each product page lists exactly what each edition contains. Nothing is posted to you.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Epicurean Digital Consultants Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. You may be asked for your billing address.

Mise is currently sold to customers in the United Kingdom. If you buy from outside the UK, we may refund the order and close access rather than fulfil it.

Delivery

Your downloads are available as soon as payment completes, on screen, by email, and in your Mise library, which you open with the email address you bought with. Each file can be downloaded up to 20 times; email us if you need more.

Your right to cancel, and our refund promise

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts, if you have asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you lose the right. At checkout we ask you to confirm both, and the confirmation is included in your receipt email.

Our promise on top of that: if a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t download, email us within 14 days of buying and we will fix it or refund you in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When an order is refunded, access to its downloads ends.

Using what you buy

You may use Mise products in your own business, for the venues you own or manage, and adapt the templates as you need. You may not resell, share publicly, or redistribute the files, or pass them off as your own. Each product is licensed to the buyer, not transferable.

Mise Pass

If and when the Mise Pass is offered, it is a monthly subscription giving access to every Mise product while it is active. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Downloads made while the pass was active are yours to keep and use under these terms.

Content

Mise products are practical guidance based on Ali Solak’s hospitality experience. They aren’t legal, tax or financial advice, and results depend on your venue and how you use them. Check anything regulatory (food safety, licensing, employment, tax) with the relevant authority or a qualified adviser.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Email hello@epicureandigitalconsultants.com and we will reply within five working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
